From farmer's markets to Pro Cycling and everything in between, Franchisee Erik Boller has it covered. When he was granted an empire agreement in February of 2011, Erik knew the possibilities were endless. During his first year he managed to land himself in the National Western Events Center, creating strong relationships that later led to opportunities at another large venue, the Denver Coliseum.
With two venues under his belt, working all Denver Cutthroats hockey games, as well as concerts and festivals, Erik has found that the mobile Maui Wowi business model can go just about anywhere. His 3 Ka'anapali Carts and 2 catering units are in use all year round and he is looking to grow as he discovers more avenues of opportunity at his feet.
Now in his third year as a franchisee, Erik has flexibility and free time that give him the ability to make family his top priority. As the father of an 11 month old son, Maui Wowi provides him the perfect balance. Being able to set his own schedule, work for himself, and live the Aloha lifestyle make the ride that much more enjoyable.
